- Spring is in the air - 
The red candy structure represents the trapped moon rabbit on the moon. The sweet bunny shaped mochi is filled with mooncake green tea and melted dark chocolate to have a hint of bitter to the dish for not-so-sweet lovers. It also has whipped cream with candy stars on it which represents fluffy spring clouds.
